COVID-19 TEMPORARY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

WE’RE STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS!  We've implemented reduced warehousehours but continue to ship weekly. Processing and shipping will temporarily be within a 14 day period until further notice. The courier services may have their own delays that are out of our control.

Primal Contact Lenses is still taking orders although we've implemented reduced warehouse hours with heightened safety measures. You can purchase contacts and other eye care products with ease. At this time our operations are running slowly but safely. These changes mostly mean we’re experiencing delays in our response times. We’re sorry for any frustration or inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

As the situation unfolds, we’ll keep you posted with any changes. Our warehouses in Canada and USA are ready to fulfill your orders.
